Nuremberg Anniversary

64 years ago today the Nuremberg Trials started. The defendants were accused of the following:
1. Conspiracy against world peace
2. Planning, provocation and execution of a war of aggression
3. Crimes and violations against the law of war
4. Crimes against humanity

Of course, those are not crimes unless you lose.

Nuremberg Principles Overturned

Apparently, "I vas chust folloving orders." is now considered a valid defense against crimes for which we once executed people.
